Spent some time comparing notes with my group before class. Feeling reasonably good about the group work.Keynes — Catalytic government. Government should be small and regulatory. Should regulate things done privately, not do most things itself.
Government generally only adds to itself, never subtracts. Programs only tend to get larger.
