Professor still has no voice. Oddly, I thought today was going to be the first test. Apparently that’s a week from today. Getting the review sheet early last Monday threw me off. I spent all that prep time earlier today for nothing.

Had a finite math test earlier today. Not too happy about that one. Didn’t quite finish the last problem before I ran out of time. Very close to the solution, though. The problem before that, I’m not sure if I formatted my answer correctly. Just have to see how it is when I get it back.

On the quiz from last class, I got two questions wrong. One mistake was regarding which states have adopted the Uniform Commercial Code in part. I answered every state but Louisiana. Louisiana has adopted less of the UCC than any other state, but it has indeed partially adopted it. The other question was regarding why remedies are assigned. Courts can assign remedies both to enforce rights and compensate persons for violations of rights.
