Leadership and management today. Some discussion of the difference between leaders and managers.
Basic leadership styles:
- Authoritarian — Work centered behavior focused on task accomplishment
- Paternalistic — Work centered behavior with emphasis on protective employee centered concern
- Participative — People centered approach to leadership
