Started up in here again.  Apparently a long one tonight.  Had a small lunch, no supper.  Hungry.  Going to talk with group about paper after.

Consumer Price Indexes are measures of change in price levels.  Mainly measures inflation.  There’s a core CPI, and a headline CPI.  Core does not include food or energy costs.  Headline CPI includes everything.

There’s also the Personal Consumption Expenditures price index.  This is weighted based on chained dollars.
