Chapter 11 today. Managing Products, Services, and BrandsWith a hit product, execution is less important. A hit can make up for poor execution. With a marginal product, execution is critical.

Businesses need to grow. Even successful businesses need to grow.

Many businesses expand by extending their brands.  Usually, you want to stick with related products; it allows you to take advantage of existing credibility.
